One year ago, I fell in love with a ginseng oolong tea served to me in a Yixing teapot, gong fu style, in a Montréal tea house. Since then, i’ve been on the hunt for the perfect cup of tea. I mostly drink young raw Pu Er, Wuyi Oolongs and High moutain Taiwanese Oolongs. I’m still developping my pallet, so bare with me for my inaccuracy sometimes.
